We've added uplighting in the corners of the barn and a Pergola for the wedding ceremony.

Family and School Reunions start at $500.00  and go up depending on what your needs are.    We do have a full kitchen and bar area along with the stage. WE DO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL.  You may bring alcohol, but must sign a waiver of responsibility.

   2022 Weddings  start at $1200.00.   OR $1500 for the weekend F (10-10)  and Saturday (out by 11PM)

Weddings/Receptions  pricing are based on your needs.   If you need the night before for rehearsal and decorating it is an additional charge with time period 10am-10PM .   A meeting with your plans will help us plan your wedding or reception or both. 

OUR SEATING CAPACITY IS 100-120 for indoors.  WE can seat more outdoors.

We do have outdoor seating duriing warm weather.

*If you plan to have alcohol, you must sign a waiver to where you are responsible for your guests, not The Party Barn.  We ask that you limit your guests to amount of alcohol to avoid problems.

Late wedding reception/weddings must be cleared out and cleaned by 11:00 PM unless other arrangements are made or additonal $100 an hour will apply.

Wedding/Event Rentals:

10 tablecloths are included with rental and $5.00 per table (white or ivory) over 10.

White spandex chair covers are an option at $1 each.

White white folding outdoor chairs up to 125 are included with rental. *2022 may have a combination of bench seating.

CLEAN UP:    We do expect you to clean up after your event.  If not, we do have an option of $150 for clean up.

All fees must be paid up front 90 days prior to wedding or party.

All children are to be accompanied by an adult.  This is a farm, and there are creeks and a lake near the barn.  The rear of the barn, the creeks and getting  in the lake are Off Limits.  Family reunions may catch and release for that day.

 All evenng parties  end by 10:00PM or an additional fee will apply of $100 per hour.   You must have barn cleaned and be out by 11:00PM.

NO Gum is allowed nor silly string.

Booking Fees: 

All birthday parties are based on day of the week and length of party .  Regular type of birthdays and showers during the week M-TH during the day are $75 an hour. 

Upon booking your wedding/anniversary venue,  50% is due at booking and balance is due 90 days prior to venue.  No refunds on bookings.

ALL PARTIES MUST SIGN A WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS if you intend on having alcohol on the premises and guests need to be limited/monitored.  If any guest becomes inebriated, they will be asked to leave, due to liability and safety of others.

Also, the adult responsible for the bill is to remain at the end of the clean up for a walk through.  To be gone over and signed off or an additional fee will be charged. If any item is broken, it must be paid for that day/night before leaving or sign an agreement for payment within 3 days or face legal action(s).

If The Party Barn suspects rental for any other use except that intended, you WILL be asked to leave and forfeit your payment.  The Party Barn reserves the right to terminate a party if problem should occur.
